Important Shipping and Return Information

Shipping:

• Once the transaction is confirmed on the website, the preparation and packing begin. We will cover the shipping cost.

Return:

• Our goal is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at A.I. Artist Studio. In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, you will have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship the new and undamaged artwork back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging in return. A.I. Artist Studio reserves the right to reject any returned artworks that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. We will not proceed/accept return if a returned package does not come with a return number.

• Please email info@aiartiststudio.com with your order number as the subject title.

• Please tell us your name and the artwork name(s) and reason for your return in the email.

We will respond to your request during normal business hours with return number and return address. After your return request has been approved, we can process your return

How to package your artwork:

• Please pack the artwork in the original packaging.

• Please keep your tracking number and email it to info@aiartiststudio.com as a return shipment date proof.

• We will not cover the returned shipping.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days after we receive the return package to process the refund.

*Important information on returns*

• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.

• Make sure all artworks are exactly the same as you received them.

• All artworks must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the artwork.

• Return number is required for return.

• We will not accept a return request if for any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
